Ghost Writer Adds Personnel to Support Marketing, Nonprofit Development
CHAMBERSBURG - Grant-writing and nonprofit organization support firm Ghost Writer LLC has hired an added professional writer and editor to continue their mission to “write a better human story.”
Rebecca Schweitzer, who holds a B.A. in Professional Writing from Kutztown University, joins the team and offers a skill set that includes editing and she currently works as an agricultural journalist. In addition, she holds a technical writing certificate.
“I reached out to the company upon recommendation from a family member who works with a nonprofit that used Ghost Writers’ services. My family members said how happy they were with the quality of work and the helpfulness of the Ghost Writer staff, and I saw it as an opportunity to grow my grant writing abilities and work with some great people and some great causes.”
Her eye for detail and my ability to write informationally, yet concisely, is a huge asset to the company. “I like to be able to learn about the wonderful nonprofits and their programs that help so many people in our community.” Rebecca added.
"Rebecca brings to Ghost Writer important writing and editing skills, and also expands our knowledge base with an expertise in agricultural industries. This is a valued and underutilized skill set in our agricultural communities. We look forward to seeing how we can connect farmers, farmers markets, secondary markets, and sources of food equity with funding."
Founded in 2017, Ghost Writer helps organizations with grants, marketing, donor database management, fundraising campaigns and more within its Marketing & Development division. The company has also grown to host an Executive Services and Creative Writing division, to serve profits as well as non-profits, and to have a physical presence in Pittsburgh and Maryland.
